Musical Theater
Ages 8+
Recommended for dancers ages 8-12, musical theater I will use music from staged musicals focusing on theatrical stage dance. Instruction may incorporate the use of emotive voice and expression as appropriate to the piece. This class is designed for beginning students without any previous experience.

Solid colored leotard (no logos or insignia)
Flesh colored tights
Beige slip on jazz shoes
Hair in bun or ponytail
Male Students:
Black leggings or shorts
Solid colored t shirt
Black jazz shoes
Musical Theater II will focus on pieces from well-known musicals, challenging students to learn more involved stage dance routines while incorporating voice and minor acting. Students ages 12 and over with previous dance/musical theater experience will by invited to attend this class.
